抱怨信/投诉信
写作框架
1)开头:自我介绍,交代投诉内容,表明本信的目的和要求。
2)正文:说明情况,告诉对方你因此受到的伤害或不便,提出解决问题的建议,表明希望如何处理。
3)结尾:表达希望问题得到迅速恰当解决的强烈愿望,希望尽快得到满意的答复。
语言上应注意投诉信应重点表明投诉的原因,叙事应客观、准确、简洁。最后提出的解决方法应切实可行。在表达自己的不满时,语言要把握分寸,不失风度。
投诉信经典句型

要求:退款或换衣,并说明理由。
